This itinerary offers a rare opportunity to explore Florence from above with exclusive access to the Duomo Terraces, a hidden elevated walkway usually closed to the public. After discovering the Cathedral’s artistic and architectural masterpieces with your expert guide, you’ll climb to the top of Brunelleschi’s Dome, enjoying unforgettable panoramic views over the city and the Tuscan hills.
DUOMO & DOME EXPERIENCE WITH MUSEUM INSIGHTS
This itinerary focuses on the artistic soul of the Duomo complex. Begin with a guided visit to the Opera del Duomo Museum, home to masterpieces such as Michelangelo’s Pietà, Donatello’s Magdalene, and the original Gates of Paradise. Tours will operate in English only, with the following itinerary: a visit to the Cathedral, access to Brunelleschi’s Dome, and exclusive access to the Duomo Terraces.
From May 1st to October 31st, 2026:
Tours without access to the Terraces will operate in English and Spanish with the following itinerary: a visit to the Duomo Museum, a guided exploration of the Cathedral, and access to Brunelleschi’s Dome (no terraces).
